What do I do during my Session?
Unplug, relax and just breathe. The Salt Cave is an excellent place to simply be. No electronics are allowed, but deep connections can be made with quiet conversation with your friends and family. Or come in for the best nap of your life.
What Do I Wear to my Session?
Anything you consider comfortable may be worn in the Cave. The salt may leave a light dust on clothing, but will not do any damage. We only allow clean bare feet or white socks in the Cave. Socks are available for purchase if you do not bring your own.
Where is The Salt Cave Located?
We are located in the beautifully renovated Clock Tower in downtown Wasilla. Formerly known as Meta Rose Square, this building boasts a collection of unique places to shop, relax, and dine (restaurant opening soon).
Can I bring Food or Beverages to my Session?
No food or beverages are allowed in the Cave at any time. The Cave is constructed out of salt and we strive to keep it meticulous at all times.
How Long is a Salt Cave Session?
Sessions at the Salt Cave are approximately 45 minutes. Just enough time to be fully relaxed and ready to take on the world.
What Temperature is the Cave?
The Cave is kept between 68-70 degrees. Blankets are available to keep you comfy.
Are Kids Allowed in the Salt Cave?
Yes! Salt therapy is great for kids as well as adults! We offer free sessions to kids 5 and under with a paying adult. Kids love playing in the Salt on the floor and we even have toys to make their experience even better!
What are the Benefits of Salt Therapy?

What are the Differences between the Cave Sessions?
Individual sessions are booked by the seat - you may have other guests not in your party in the Cave with you. It's a great way to make new friends! If you want to ensure a personal or more intimate experience, book our Private Cave so it's just you and yours!
